- Scan/snap and send any of the following means of Identification (International ID, Driver’s License, National Identity Card or Voter card etc).
- Director Contact detail (Emails, Phone & Address of each director and signature)
- Offices Address (It can be same as home address)
- Percentage Shares for each director.
- . Proposed company name (Minimum of two options listed in the order of preference).
- Business Description and service to be rendered (Clear description of what the business is all about and any other
line of business the company will go into) - Detail of company secretary (name, phone number, email, address, means of ID and signature)
- Recent PHCN bill
Each director and secretary will sign on a plain paper, snap and send with the name of each director attached to the signature.
